Do you have any GAPF success stories you can share with us from previous years? Optioned projects and scripts and hired writers for work for hire projects. We have been with The Great American Pitchfest since the very beginning of creation, so we have many different success stories for the pitchfest!
Is there any advice you would like to offer the writers who are pitching you? To sum up a pitch and make it  30 seconds so then we have the rest of the time to talk about themselves as well as more finite details about the script or others that you may have.  Also, for the writer that is pitching to understand completely how movies are optioned, bought, sold, and produced ! To ask themselves before pitching is their movie within the budget to make for that budget, where will it be shot, etc
