How much promotion do you do for your clients? How much do you expect them to do? It is all about promotion, and the prospect of working. You need all hands on deck, it is about teamwork and everyone pulling their weight.
What do you look for in the writers you choose to represent? What should they look for when trying to choose an agent? Fresh ideas, new ideas. We want people who are ‘hands on’. Someone who is at all times ready to get on the phone and make a connection.
What type of material are you looking for? Unscripted projects, scripted projects. Buddy movies, road trip movies – all on the feature side.
